2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account on 77acc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets on this platform.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information. Using another person's identity or providing false details is a serious violation.
• You must not currently be excluded from gambling services under any self-exclusion program or court order.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party when registering and placing bets.

77acc employs age-verification measures and may request official documentation (such as a National ID Card or passport) to confirm eligibility at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Each bonus promotion is available to eligible players once only, unless stated otherwise.

• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

• Betting markets and odds on sports events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, FIFA tournaments) are subject to change at any time until the event begins. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be altered or cancelled by the player.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating between players is a criminal offense and will be reported to relevant authorities.

77acc reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using erroneous odds, incorrect market data, or as the result of a technical malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77acc platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77acc or its licensed content providers. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77acc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Specifically, 77acc accepts no liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond 77acc's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, or ISP outages).
• Any gambling losses incurred during normal use of the platform. Players accept the inherent risk of financial loss associated with gambling activities before registering.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

77acc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if a player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, fraudulent payment activity, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other behavior deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal after passing applicable KYC checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
